1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bepex live ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing the bepex live website, downloading the mobile app, registering an account, making a deposit, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the bepex live platform, including visitors who have not created an account. Specific sections — particularly those relating to deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and account management — apply only to registered users with active accounts.

2. Account Registration

To access the full range of bepex live services — including deposits, game play, and bonus claims — you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Bepex live does not knowingly permit minors to register or use the platform. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on bepex live. One account per household and one account per device applies. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Bepex live will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
• KYC Verification: Bepex live reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — at registration, before a withdrawal, or as part of a routine review. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Accounts registered using VPNs, proxy services, or any tool designed to mask the user's true location or identity may be suspended pending review. Bepex live takes account integrity seriously and runs regular checks to identify irregularities in registration data.

3. Deposits & Payments

Bepex live processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page and may be updated periodically.
• Bepex live does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees — particularly for bank transfers. These charges are outside bepex live's control.
• Deposits are typically credited to your bepex live account balance within a few minutes of confirmation from your payment provider. In rare cases involving bank transfers, processing may take longer due to inter-bank clearing times.
• Once a deposit has been confirmed and credited to your account, it cannot be reversed. If you believe a deposit has not been credited correctly, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Bepex live does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the supported options above. Attempts to deposit through unsupported channels will not be credited.

4. Withdrawals

Registered players may request withdrawals of their real money balance (not bonus balance) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Your account must pass KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid national identity document. KYC is a one-time process unless your account details change.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies. The current minimum is displayed on the withdrawal page. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Same Method Rule: Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If your original deposit method is unavailable, contact support to arrange an alternative.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on inter-bank processing. These timelines are estimates and may vary.
• Pending Wagering: If you have an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, the bonus portion of your balance is not withdrawable until wagering is complete. Your real money balance remains withdrawable at any time, subject to the other conditions above.
• Withdrawal Limits: Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are shown on the withdrawal page. If your winnings exceed these limits, the remainder will be processed in subsequent withdrawal cycles.

Bepex live reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that fall outside normal patterns. This may extend processing time but is done solely to protect the account holder. Any withdrawal found to involve fraudulent activity will be refused and the account referred for further review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Bepex live offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistan players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL, T20 internationals, and football tournaments. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each bonus has its own minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement, eligible games list, maximum bet limit while wagering, and expiry date. These details are provided on the promotions page at the time the offer is live.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period or the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed.
• While wagering a bonus, a maximum bet per spin or per round typically applies — usually PKR 500 or as stated in the specific offer. Placing bets above the maximum permitted level while wagering a bonus may result in bonus cancellation and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonuses are for individual use only. Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts, sharing bonus funds, or any coordinated attempt to exploit a promotional offer constitutes bonus abuse and will result in suspension.
• Bepex live reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited, any portion of the bonus not yet wagered will be removed. Real money deposits will not be affected.
• Free spins winnings are typically capped at a stated maximum amount. Any winnings above the cap will be removed before the amount is credited to your real money balance.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly. They must be wagered according to their specific requirements before any resulting balance becomes withdrawable.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on bepex live — including slots, fish games, and live table games — are operated under the rules published within each individual game. In the event of a conflict between a game's own displayed rules and these Terms, the game's rules take precedence for matters specific to that game's operation. These Terms take precedence for all account, payment, and conduct-related matters.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. Bepex live does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or display glitch — the round may be voided and your stake returned. Bepex live is not liable for losses arising from technical issues outside its control, including your own internet connection dropping during a game round.
• Winnings resulting from a game error, software bug, or misconfigured paytable are not valid and will be voided. Bepex live reserves the right to correct errors and recalculate affected rounds.
• Game availability may change without prior notice. Specific games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider updates, or technical issues. Bepex live does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific title.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bepex live. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where relevant — reporting to appropriate authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the platform, whether under your own identity or a fabricated identity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live games
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or unintended configurations in games or the platform to generate winnings
• Engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematically low-risk wagering to meet wagering requirements, pattern betting, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime
• Providing false identity information or misrepresenting your age at registration
• Accessing bepex live through unauthorised means, including circumvention of any access controls
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or bepex live staff

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Bepex live reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee or closure, subject to applicable rules
• Receipt of a valid legal instruction to suspend or close the account
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. If you request closure, any pending withdrawal will be processed to your verified payment method before the account is closed. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure. Real money balances are returned in full after applicable identity verification.

9. Responsible Gaming

Bepex live is an entertainment platform intended for adults who have made an informed choice to engage with online gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity responsibly:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount from your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminder notifications to alert you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for a set number of days without permanently closing your account. During a cooling-off period your account is not accessible for deposits or play.

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bepex live content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bepex live intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bepex live's liability to any player is limited to the real money balance held in that player's account at the time a claim arises. Bepex live is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or account information resulting from events outside bepex live's control
• Service interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet service issues, or force majeure events
• Decisions made in good faith based on information available at the time, including account suspension decisions later found to have been made in error

Bepex live makes no warranty that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate device and network security on their own end.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Bepex live reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Bepex live is not responsible for any disadvantage you experience as a result of failing to review updated Terms.
